A new 6 week taster course starts at Core Music in November. The course will introduce people to Tai Chi Chuan – an ancient Chinese martial art that focuses on health and well being.

We practice under the guidance of Andy James of the Tai Chi & Meditation Centre, based in Toronto. Shifu James uniquely integrates the internal body-mind dynamics with the interconnected ‘external’ dynamics” and runs classes in and around Toronto, Canada.

Course dates: Thursday 4th November 2010 to 9th December 2010.
Time: 12-1pm
Cost: £24 for the course, maximum 6 people.
