| Core Music is a community music organisation with a difference. We have a large building with space for people of all ages and abilities to create, play, learn, record and buy music (our fully stocked music shop sells instruments, equipment, accessories and music books). We encourage people to meet at Core Music to get together and learn from each other and develop their music knowledge and skills. We organise and run music lessons, workshops, events, demonstrations and master classes; we have equipment and technical help to make demonstration CDs and help people learn about the recording process (we also offer space in our shop for local performers to sell their own recordings); you can also rehearse here - our rehearsal room has drum kits, PA and backline facilities. We welcome any combinations of musicians - from beginners onwards - and we encourage all kinds of styles and genres.
