Young People’s Choir
with Kathryn Davidson
have fun singing a wide variety of genres and styles of music – there'll be something for everyone whether you sing regularly or have never sung a note!
ages 7 – 11 4.00 - 5.15pm
ages 12 -20 5.30 - 7.00pm

Summer School
During the summer holidays we are planning an extensive range of music activities and workshops. More details will be announced soon but the sessions will include singing, ukulele, percussion and rhythm, whistle and other folk instruments, classical music, rock and pop. Saturdays at Core Music
Following our fantastic Rhythm Day a couple of weeks ago we have now decided to provide refreshments every Saturday. Scones, tea. coffee, soft drinks, soup and sandwiches available. Come and have a browse round the shop, bring your instruments along for a casual music session, bring your lap top and access the internet, busk outside the shop!, meet people and form a band. Everyone welcome.
Activities for younger children
We are hoping to start another programme of music activities aimed at pre school children . More details to follow very soon

Wednesday - 4.30pm - 5.30pm - Young People's Ukulele Club with Ian Brown - a fun hour playing popular songs on the ukulele for young people aged 7 - 11(ish!)
Wednesday - 6.00pm - 7.30pm - Jam Club - bring your instrument along for a rock, blues and pop jam
Thursday - 7.00pm - 9.00pm - The Ukes of Northumberland - Ukulele Club
